Refund/Exchange Policy

This return policy is only applicable to items purchased at www.scrubdemhands.com. We are not affiliated with or responsible for the return policy of other retailers, including those online and offline. 

Non-returnable/ refundable items:                                                            Liquid/ Bar soap
Gift cards
Downloadable items
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank or credit union. There is a processing period before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@scrubdemhands.com.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from error on our end.

Insurance:

All items are shipped with insurance.

Please email admin@scrubdemhands.com with your name, order #, and the reason for return.
